Financing Your Care
As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most dental insurance programs, including non-managed care and indemnity (traditional). We are not part of any managed care network. Our staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage or no coverage as anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.
In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment plans that we accept. - Delta Dental
Treatment options and costs will be reviewed with you before any dental procedure is initiated. Payment is expected at the time when service is rendered. We offer extended payment through Care Credit with GE Financial and accept most major credit cards, checks, and cash. A $50 fee will be charged for any returned/declined check or credit card payments.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office.
